 About the CSR Workshops |
| Why should I participate? |
• First, this training program is offering a specific know-how and skills to design and implement CSR programs. There is no similar training program in the Eastern European countries. Second, the training content is prepared in a systematic way, which is more valuable than mere practice. We give you strong instruments to transform the way CSR is being done. Third, you will become part of a selected community of professionals (the ECO community).
• If you are a CSR Officer, we are sure you will learn many new things. Moreover, we will present you a different approach from what is available now in most European companies.
IMPORTANT: If you believe CSR means communication, PR, marketing, philanthropy, sustainable development, environment protection, corporate citizenship, or just better customer service, this is the place to test your vision.

| Training Methodology |
• The trainees will receive all the materials and study cases on the first day of their series.
• The trainers will use active presentations, printed and video materials, interacting all the time with the trainees. This is the main reason for having small training groups.
• This training program has not been prepared to offer 'everything' on CSR or Ethics Management because such a claim about a two-day training is deceiving. Instead, we provide know-how on the most important aspects of the topics included in the training content. Further readings will be suggested by trainers at the end of each session.
• Because this field is highly dynamic and new developments are brought everyday, we encourage the trainees to continuously update their know-how and skills via individual research, coaching or our training programs.

| About the Registration Process |
| Where can I register? |
With the intention of reducing the time spent with registration, we developed an on-line registration module available on our webpage. All you need is an Internet connection in order to fill in the form.

As soon as you have completed the form, we will check your data and send an invoice and the training contract (which must be signed and sent via e-mail or fax). After the payment confirmation, we will send you the bill and a detailed presentation of the sessions you apply for.

| Are there any discounts for students? |

| What kind of certification is available? |
• At the end of the CSR Workshops, the participants will receive a Diploma of Completion containing, on the second page (verso), the competencies developed over the 16-hours of training.
